Most of us probably already know but a few weeks ago, the fandom blew up at the rumor that Hodor and Bran Stark won’t be returning for season 5 of GoT. However, brand new information surfaced yesterday on the International Business Times website stating that Isaac Hempstead-Wright (Bran) hinted at a return of his character during an interview of his upcoming movie, The Boxtrolls.

As previously reported by International Business Times, fans initially believed that Bran Stark won’t make an appearance in the new season when Kristian Nairn confirmed he won’t reprise his role as Hodor. The media was quick to speculate that Nairn was also talking about Isaac Hempstead-Wright’s character when he said, “We have a season off and we have a year’s hiatus, solely because I imagine our storyline is up to the end of the books.”
What?! This is awesome news! What does everyone think? I, like many others, was a little disappointed when I heard that Bran would not be returning (I mean, his story line is a little confusing so my brain would have had a break…but still). However, I am disappointed that there will be no Hodor 🙁
